Join researchers from across Canada to discuss community resilience in Québec City this June.
The Grand Forum on Community Resilience will take place June 4 and 5, 2019 in Québec City.
Hosted by the Regroupement des Organismes de Bassins Versants du Québec (ROBVQ), the Réseau Québec Maritime (RQM) and the Marine Environmental Observation, Prediction and Response Network (MEOPAR), the event seeks to inspire participants to commit themselves and to participate actively in the strengthening of the resilience of communities, particularly coastal and shoreline, vulnerable to climate change. The concepts of governance, resource management and the uses of water-related territories will be at the heart of the workshops.
Please note: Simultaneous translation will be available for select sessions, as well as ad hoc translation at tables where possible. Many sessions will take place in French, but participants are not required to be fluently bilingual to attend.
