DESCRIPTION:Whether it’s taking that next step in your career, exploring, and cultivating your strengths, or fine-tuning some of your leadership and management skills, MEOPAR is offering a Career Coaching Program to support MEOPAR network members. The program is being delivered by certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Robyn Roscoe.\nThe program includes three webinars (open to the MEOPAR community) and one-on-one, personal career coaching (8 participants, chosen by application).\nCurious about this opportunity? Learn more about how this program will work and what the next steps are for applying during Robyn’s information session on Tuesday 13 September, 2-3pm Atlantic time. Attendance is strongly encouraged if you would like to be considered for this opportunity.\nRegister for the Info Session ( https://forms.office.com/r/Eu7DEYnD5v )\n\n\n \nFollowing that webinar, those who are interested can submit their expression of interest to MEOPAR by Monday 26 September, 4pm Atlantic time, using this form.Then what? MEOPAR and the coach will review all expressions of interest and advise accepted participants on Thursday 29 September.Selected participants will then attend the coaching group session with the coach on Wednesday 05 October, 2-3pm Atlantic time, to get more details on what to expect from coaching and to establish the “ground rules” for the individual sessions. Then, one-on-one sessions will be scheduled every 2-3 weeks by mutual agreement between the coach and client, with all sessions completed by mid-December 2022.\n\n\n\n\nMore information about the Career Coaching Program is available here. Since 2011, Robyn has been principal of Lyric Management, a consulting company specializing in management and leadership training, event coordination and delivery, and career coaching and mentorship.
