This project will follow a multiple-step process to educate the general public on the complexities of underwater noise, how scientists measure it, and the effects it has on marine life, as well as ways to reduce underwater noise. It will also develop a report and presentations to relevant stakeholders (including researchers, government and First Nation communities) to support science-informed noise management.
