MEOPAR will have a strong presence at the ORCA National Meeting focused on advancing action on the UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development. This will take place in St. John’s, NL on June 1-2 in conjunction with the 57th Congress of the Canadian Meteorological and Oceanographic Society (CMOS), which starts today!
Our training Program Manager, Mx. Alexa Goodman will support CMOS for their Education Day with secondary schools and moderate a panel discussion on EDIA within research, alongside Dr. Fanny Noisette, Scientific Co-Director.
MEOPAR is convening four sessions and presenting four posters at ORCA, plus assisting the Ocean Decade Champion, Jonathan Kellogg from Tula Foundation, in facilitating two breakout sessions.
